Goals :

1.Customer Service Delivery

I'm basically customer focused when it comes to work and working according to
priority basis I will be completing customers requests without missing there SLA's
by getting inputs from the customer, If necessary.

2.Operations Improvement

Process improvement basically depend upon the scope of the project or nature of
work, Coming to my work the both scope and nature of work are up to some extent and
I'm interacting with the customer to provide more number of activities to be
performed by me so that I can explore my self and can suggest. As of now I could't
get a chance to work on process improvement side and I can confirm that in future I
will try to suggest at least one improvement per 2 quarters and I'm ready to learn
new things(Technology).

3.Knowledge Management

Knowledge documents creation also depends upon scope and nature of work and Right
now there is no chance to create any document and I can confirm that in future I
will create as per requirement.

4.Audits & Compliance

As I said earlier I'm customer focused and I will be working on requests priority
basis and without missing SLA's and with zero customer complaints.

5.Personal Development

1.Analytical Ability
Makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information, and supports
the same with facts. Identifies potential issues/opportunities in complex
situations and foresees implications of proposed solutions.

Establishes workable, prioritized on highly effective requests and preparing


solution(Taking inputs from higher management,If necessary for each request) ,
instead of instantly jumping in and trying to solve them all at once.

2.Customer Focus
Services customer requirements while focusing on customer delight, to collaborate
with existing customers to add value to business relationship and sense new
business opportunity by exploring and satisfying market demands.
Basically we are here to serve the customer as per there needs and we will be
working according to customer,customer requests may differ from one customer to
another we need to notice the difference and should not lose the focus on the
customer and get the work done in time with customer sanctification.

3.Innovation and Creativity


Provides an original solution by using various tools and techniques and constantly
questioning the status quo. Experiments with new approaches and effectively
utilizes creativity to enhance outcomes.

Providing solution to the customer requests in different way and using different
tools and techniques by taking inputs from necessary documents and systems and it's
time taken process for providing correct solution depending on customer request.
One we should not loose customer focus and changes may occur while providing
solution(way of approach) and we should accept the change.

4.Interpersonal Effectiveness
Builds constructive relationships at work. Relates well with people at all levels
and establishes appropriate rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Fosters collaboration, cooperation and consensus by being considerate and
responding to the needs and capabilities of each individual.

Basically there will be some customer issues or some other issues which cannot be
deal individual in this case we should take inputs from various team members from
different back ground and get the solution this creates an friendly environment and
work space and this leads to motivating the individual and the team and there will
be improvement in Interpersonal skills.

5.Planning and Organising


Plans a course of action, manages and prioritizes activities so as to execute them
in a time-bound manner. Sets goals, timelines, actions plans to meet organizational
objectives.

Plan and work in organized manner for the customer and prevent overlaps or gaps in
responsibilities in completing the tasks without missing the targets and see that
the tasks completes in time and work on priority basis.

6.Values / Conduct
Makes decisions and takes action which is consistent with the company's core values
and with the principles enshrined in our code of conduct. In the pursuit of
results, acts with a high degree of integrity and responsibility

Decision making is important in the work place and it should not effect the
company's core values which has been mentioned in the company's code of conduct and
also we need to work accordingly to customer decisions and see that we should not
breach or break company's decision and customers and we need to maintain the
integrity between customer and company, take the work as your own responsible.
