F. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

5. La fonction« VENTILATEUR SEULEMENT »
(commutateur été/hiver)
5.1
La fonction « VENTILATEUR SEULEMENT »
permet de faire passer l’unité en mode « chauffage »,
commandé par le thermostat, même si le ventilateur
fonctionne constamment.
5.2
Des bornes sont fournies pour montage à distance
d’un interrupteur unipolaire « VENTILATEUR
SEULEMENT », à tension nominale de 240 V 60 Hz.
Un cavalier à travers les terminaux « T2 » et « T3 »
est installée à l’usine; il doit être retiré et remplacé
par les conducteurs de l’interrupteur à distance
pour rendre la fonction disponible. Voir la section
B.4 Schémas de câblage typiques – Aérotherme de
série GX, page 25 à 27.

Un commutateur « VENTILATEUR SEULEMENT »
peut être installé directement dans l’appareil de
chauffage en usine (en option).
6. Délai du ventilateur
7. Tous les appareils de chauffage comportent une fonction
de délai de ventilation pour les cycles de « MARCHE »
et d’« ARRÊT ». Cette fonction souhaitable permet à
l’appareil de chauffage d’atteindre la température désirée
avant la mise en marche du ventilateur (aucune bouffée
d’air froid) et de se refroidir lors du cycle d’« ARRÊT »
(assurant une plus longue vie aux composants de
commande et au moteur). Le délai de « MARCHE » dure
entre 20 et 50 secondes et le délai d’« ARRÊT » entre 20
et 70 secondes.
8. Commande de gestion de l’énergie à distance
8.1
La commande de contrôle de gestion d’énergie
est de norme pour les unités de 40 et 50 kW.
L’alimentation interne à la bobine C2 peut être
interrompue et contrôlée à distance en retirant le
cavalier entre les bornes « T2 » et « T3 », puis en
connectant un contacteur passif à sa place. Un
contact fermé permet une capacité de chauffage de
100 % et un contact ouvert permet une capacité de
chauffage de 50 %. Voir les schémas de câblage -
appareils de chauffage de la série GX.
9. Inspection Finale
Avant de brancher le courant électrique:

Vérifiez que tous les raccordements sont bien faits
et qu’ils sont conformes aux exigences des normes
