Exercise II
How to Dress in the Past and Today
Nowadays the lifestyle is often abused by most teenagers. And what is often abused is
teenagers in big cities. Teenagers today tend to follow the western model, even though
the western model does not fit into Indonesian culture. Most teenagers today cannot
resist the negative influence of western culture. So that it can negatively affect
themselves.
One western model that teenagers are following now is "Dressed". Try to compare the
style of teenage clothing past and teenagers today. What is the difference? Teenagers
used to uphold the norms of decency. In contrast to now, teenagers today cannot wear
appropriate clothing at certain events.
Teenage boys in ancient times often wore long pants and collared shirts that were modest
and modest. However, today's teens usually wear short jeans, sometimes torn ones, and
wear shirts that are not sleeved or shirts that are not neat. Likewise with adolescent girls
who in ancient times wore clothes and pants or skirts that were closed, neat, and polite.
While many young women today wear clothes that are often unsightly and irreverent.
People used to wear clothes from leaves / don't wear clothes, nowadays people have
clothes made from cotton / cloth / fleece.
