SYSTEM ANALYSIS

 System analysis is the process of determining what is to be produced in a

software system.

 This process is one of the most important for developing a software system.
System analysis is the process of analysing a system with the potential goal
of improving or modifying the project.

Existing System
 The Existing System is a mail service system and chat application that can
be used to communicate between users. The messages can be sent between
sender and receiver.

LIMITATIONS ON EXISTING SYSTEM:

 Messages only can sent between two user.
 Each and every work consumes a time.
 It is very tedious to keep track of the maintenance accurately &
efficiently.
 It need more manpower to record and retrieves the information.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
 The Major view of this project is to make windows enabled application,
which is client/server based to provide the complete information.

 This application also aims to provide the information for the user to
know all their alerts details. The proposed system of our project removes
all the disadvantages of the existing system.

The Features enabled in our proposed system are:

 Send and Receive messages between web application to windows

application and from windows application to web application.

 We don’t need to go to the corresponding website because we use our

windows application to use our project modules.

 We can receive the news when we are working in any other application.

share the information in windows environment.
 This project mainly focused on the alerts system.
 In this project the user can use windows application to authenticate and
access the project.
 User can get alerts any time, even if system is turned off; it retrieves
information when the computer is switched on.
 Similarly we can get different kind of alerts from different kind of user in the
organization.
