SITUATION- 1
On or about 1; 00am 15 April 2020, Mobile Car 520- driven by P/SSGT Antonio, requested for an
investigator to conduct investigation relative to the discovered incident at the residence of one Mrs.
Dela Cruz , of Alabang, Muntinlupa City. P/CPL Esteban the investigator on duty upon receipt of the
report proceeded at the above cited place to conduct investigation. Thereat, Officer –On Case, noted
that unidentified suspect/s able to enter the residence of Mrs. Dela Cruz by using a bolt cutter to the
window grills of her residence. Suspect’s once inside took and carted away cash money in different
denomination amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100, 000.00) and assorted jewelleries of
the same amount placed inside the drawer of her Master Bed room. Victim Mrs. Dela Cruz was found
naked sprawled full of blood at his bed room. Besides him three (3) empty shell of .45 Caliber pistol
arriving to the investigator’s theory that Mrs. Dela Cruz was probably awakened during the robbery that
prompted the suspect to rape and thereafter shot Mrs. Dela Cruz. Sketched and photographed of the
crime scene were taken for ready references. The bolt cutter that was used in destroying the door of
victim’s house was recovered. Follow up investigation conducted able to identify the suspect as one
Juan Bautista the victim’s errant boy. Suspect was arrested and searched has been conducted at the
suspect’s quarter and officer on case able to recover a 45 caliber pistol, money amounting to Fifty
Thousand Pesos (Php 50, 000.00) the assorted jewelleries still intact. Suspect when investigated
admitted that the missing cash was used in buying his cell phone to have a contact to his family in the
