As per Company's Policy, the foundation day event is celebrated every 1st Sunday of February
at BL's locations. Likewise, this year also, after receipt of mail dated 03.01.2019 from AVP
(HR)-NR (copy attached), a limited tender enquiry ref. 100010500041/Foundation Day/Feb.19
dated 05.01.2019 was floated and hosted on BL's website in order to finalise the suitable
venue and dining arrangement (breakfast, lunch) for all Officers, Contractual workmen and
their families.

A separate approval from competent authority was obtained for waiver of EMD and obtaining
offers from un-registered Vendors (copy attached).
