Job Description of Position of project manager for Digital Marketing project

The digital marketing manager helps the organization to drive towards the organizational
mission and goals with the advent of technological trends. The project manager should
access, build and manage the digital marketing products that are necessary for the success of
the organization. They also, move the entire team towards the criteria that meets the
organizational demands. However, they check the necessary deliverables that will be helpful
for the completion of the project based on the time and budget evolved (Busca, 2020). Also,
they arrange the business goals by arranging the tasks within deadlines by escalating the
challenges in the workplace environment whenever required.

Stakeholders of Digital marketing project

The internal stakeholders who are associated with the firm are board of directors, manager for
sales manager for the project, marketing team, customer service team and Information
technology team. However, the external stakeholders who are associated with the firm are the

company with robust data. Also, this is the most suitable method because there is a constant
change happening in the digital marketing world and it is difficult to estimate the data.
