Previous work Experience (June;2015 To October: 2019)

Arghakhachi Cement Pvt. Ltd. 3500 TPD (2200 FLSmidth plant and 1300 CPW) as a
Mechanical – Maintenance Engineer in Kiln section.

JOB RESPONSEBILITY
 Maintenance of Pyro section equipments with handling Two Kiln.
 Monitoring of vibration readings of pinion drives and fans using vibrometer day to
day.
 Monitoring of all running machinery equipments when major problem occur
informed to seniors.
 Monitoring inventory of the materials time to time.
 Monitoring of power savings.
 Shut down works planning with Manpower handling and required materials
arrangement.

MAJOR MAINTENANCE WORK
 Kiln Shell and All (6) Support Rollers ,Housing and Bearing replacement in One time.
 Kiln shell crack welding handled.
 Good knowledge in kiln support Roller shaft-Housing and Bearing blue matching
work(Self done twice with running successfully )
 Good knowledge in controlling Kiln roller bearing temperature with bearing
correction (Many times done bearing adjustment with positive result).
 Successfully Done the Pre-Heater fan impeller balancing work (2times).
 Cross bar Cooler(10*33) Bend drive plate repair-fixed successfully and changed
drive plate of CB cooler 6*24(line1) ,also handling GRATE COOLER maintenance
work(1.5yrs).
 Maintenance of coal handling Roto scale(PFISTER) and its gap adjustment.
 FK pump M150,200,250 fully maintenance with screw replacement.
 L&T impact crusher blow-bar Replacement ,jaw crusher and hammer crusher fully
maintenance and hammer replacement and Gap adjustment.
 Weigh feeder belt replacement.
 Kiln girth gear alignment(supportive).

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

 Installation, erection and commissioning of rotary equipments.

 Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of projects.
 Managing overall activities & pertaining to planning / scheduling to ensure the work is
completed effectively within the stipulated period.
 Supervising major projects, repairs related to the cement kiln in adherence to quality &
standard specifications.
 Conducting inspection & functional testing to ensure the effectiveness & reliability of the
work executed.

 Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available
resources to achieve organizational objectives.
 Analyzing field failures and designing preventive measures study to eliminate /reduce
them.
 Formulate budgets for the job and implement it on site.
