Dear Parent, (Class Pre-Nursery to VII)

Greetings from DPS Mahendra Hills(Feeder School of DPS Nacharam)!

Inspite of the COVID 19 lockdown, Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills (Feeder School of DPS Nacharam) has promptly
responded to the need of the hour. The academic syllabus for the months of March and April has been covered carefully
and in a planned manner through online live teaching classes. Academic classes, notes ,skill based activities in art, music,
dance, life skills, origami ,puzzles and so on were included in the day to day schedule of the STUDY AT HOME
PROGRAMME to keep the student active during the morning hours of the day.

School appreciates all students for having attended the classes regularly and for having completed the notes. Good job
Students!

School also appreciates all parents for extending support in ensuring their wards ‘participation in the Study at Home
programme for more than a month. Thank you dear parents!!

We have been able to conduct and complete the Nominations, Elocution, Debate and Panel Interview for registered
Student Council members of classes 2, 5, 6 and 7. The results have been compiled and will be shared with you in due
course.

For students who have been unable to access the classes and notes due to genuine reasons, please note that the
repository of links, online classes, and notes will be available on Studease for accessing during the summer break.
Students to ensure they complete viewing all the lessons and the notes given over the last one month.

We would be closing for the summer break till the 30th of May 2020.We hope the students are engaged well during this
lockdown period.

School would be issuing fresh instructions regarding reopening date (from the 1st of June as per the school calendar) and
sharing other information based on updates from the government. It would be nice for students to be fruitfully engaged
in skill based activities during the break. In this regard, an interesting skill based worksheet will be shared with students
by the 20th of May on Studease. Students are expected to complete the work given as instructed in the worksheet.

It is said-‘We learn more in crisis than in comfort.’ Please remember dear students opportunities don’t happen; you
create them. Let us utilize the opportunities given to make the best use of them for the benefit of all.
