1. Objective:

own his or her abilities.
2. Performance:
Narrates personal experience or familiar stories in oral or with
form.
3. Competence:
Discover his or her talents and abilities through participating in
class activities.
4. Relates topics:
The modal verbs: Can-Cant, Could-Couldnt, and the expression
(Be able to), in diferent verbal tenses and with the expression
(used to).
5. Problematic Questions:
Do you know your talents?, and How I could you Turn your
weaknesses into strenghts?
6. Exploration Phase:
a. The students must answer the following questions looking
the examples.
E.g:
Can you play any musical instrument? Yes, I can; No, I cant
Which musical instrument can you play? I can play the guitar
How could you learn to play it? I took clases when I was a
child
Can you ride a bike?...
Can you swim?........
Could you play with your grand parents?.....
What could play with your friend when you were a child?.....
Can you dance?.....
Which kind of music can you dance?.....
How could you learn to dance?
7. Structuring Phase:
The students look this information and must make a conceptual
map about that.
