Program Latihan Taekwondo Selama Quarantine (COVID-19)

1. Pemanasan
a. Stretching
b. Joging / skiping ( 10 menit )
c. Kordinasi

2. Atlit Poomsae
a. Practice Tendangan
b. Practice Pukulan
c. Practice Tangkisan

*​Masing - masing 3 jenis Tehnik ( total 9 tehnik )


*Lakukan 20 repetisi setiap tehniknya

3. Atlit kyorugi - ​Practice Serangan dan Counter Attack


a. 3 Tehnik Serangan awalan kaki depan
b. 2 Tehnik Serangan awalan kaki belakang
c. 3 Tehnik Counter Attack awalan kaki depan
d. 2 Tehnik Counter Attack awalan kaki belakang

*Lakukan 20 repetisi setiap tehniknya


*Minimal 2 tendangan setiap tehnik
*Total 10 tehnik

4. Latihan Step 10 menit


5. Pendinginan
6. Selesai
