PARENTAL CONSENT
Dear Parents/Guardians,

Good Day!
The Santa Ana Academy of Barili, Inc. will be having a Variety Show this coming
February 22, 2020. This activity will enhance the skills and potentials of the students as well as
their talents. In line with this, we would like to ask for your consent to let your child participate
in their practices. The following will be the scheduled practices during Saturdays:
 February 1, 8, & 15 , 2020 – Whole Day at SAABI
Saturday practices will start at 8am until 4pm (in the afternoon).

Please let your son/daughter to bring food for their lunch and snacks for he/she is not allowed
to go out during free time to ensure his/her safety.
