Below are some key questions with regards to the cement plant.

1- What are the kinds of the rocks available at site, Limestone, Pozzolan, Gypsum etc.
2- Is there available electricity grid or captive power.
3- What is the cost of electricity Kw/H.?
4- What is the size of the land?
5- How far from sea is the site location.
6- How far from city center is the site location.
7- What is the plant elevation?
8- Is there a possibility to install a grinding station at the Port for an area of 150,000 squared meter
9- What about the license in case of the grinding station installed at the port
10- Is there any tax exemptions? If so, for how many years is the exempt?
11- Is there any income taxes and what is the rate and the regulations?
12- What about the licenses of the plant (availability and feasibility).
13- Is there any limitations on the current license
14- How old is the plant and specifically the equipment details.
15- What about Silos in terms of capacity, structure and age.
16- Is there any availability of Gas and what are the fuel options available to use.
17- What is the asking price of existing plant
