The democratic process relies on the assumption that citizens (the majority of them, at least) can

recognize the best political candidate, or best policy idea, when they see it. However, a growing
body of research has revealed an unfortunate aspect of the human psyche that would seem to
disprove this notion, and imply instead that democratic elections produce mediocre leadership
and policies.

There is much less theory on how cultural variation affects demography or how demography
affects cultural diversity. The demographic factors, such as population size, population subdivision
and migration rates between subgroups, could affect cultural diversity in a political system but
isn’t a reason to divide each one. It is unfair to use race as a factor in the selection process.
Reverse discrimination is not a solution for racism. Some individuals in society are racist, but
society as a whole is not. Preferential treatment of certain races through affirmative action is
wrong.

It has been widely assumed in the literature that public sector organization operates in a different
way compared to private sector organization. Stated that people who work in the public sector
have lower level of incentive and motivation than those in the private sector. I can argument that
governments operate less efficiently and effectively than markets. The difficult of public agencies
to instill employees with a sense of personal significance. According to them the main reason is
related to the difficulty public employees develop while observing any link between the success of
the organizations and their contributions.

The government provides at least one means-tested, welfare-type program to roughly one out of
every people in our country. In one sense, the government’s in different welfare programs do an
excellent job, lifting people out of poverty. However, there are other ways that our current
welfare system fails to prepare people to take care of themselves, makes poor people more
financially fragile, and creates incentives to remain on welfare forever.
