I am currently a full time student and the idea of studying abroad has been an interest to have
the ability to experience something new. After searching through the internet, I heard that the
Global Initiative Center offers a free booklet that gives information to students on how to apply
for unique scholarships to study abroad.

While doing some research on the Global Initiative Center website, I couldn’t find the
information I needed to request a copy of the free booklet.

If Global Initiative Center has any more copies of the free booklet that covers the information on
how students can study abroad, can you please mail me a copy to the following address listed
above. Getting the financial support that I need will be a huge step forward in my career path.

Thank you for contacting the Global Initiative Center for a request for our booklet titled, “Study
Abroad.” This booklet explains how college students like you can apply for special scholarships
that can provide financial support to study abroad. Due to the high amount of requests for our
booklet, we are currently out of copies.

We are expecting to receive more copies of our booklet in the next 2 weeks, approximately by
March 20, 2020. I will gladly send you a free copy of it when the supplies arrive. I am pleased to
tell you that we are working on a page on our website that will allow you to download a PDF
copy of any of our booklets online.

We are receiving a larger amount of requests than usual for our booklet titled, “Study Abroad.”
We are currently waiting for our next batch shipment of the booklet that was promised to arrive
February 21.

More than a week has passed and the order has finally arrived. Sadly, all of the copies of the
booklets are missing pages. This is the 2nd time Jones Printing Company has failed to meet our
expectations. Not only are the copies late, this shipment is unusable.

Jones Printing Company has a great reputation among many printers. We hope that you can
bring this issue up with your staff team and also hope that you can expedite us an order with the
correct amount of pages in the booklet as soon as possible, preferably by Friday. If there is
anything you need for us to do, please let me know.

Subject: ILM Printing Performance

I’m writing to inform you about the printing assignment ILM Printing was assigned. ILM Printing
did not perform a successful printing job for our Global Initiative Center client. The printing
assignment provided by ILM Printing failed to print all of the necessary pages needed for the
booklets titled “Study Abroad.” The booklets also arrived later than the scheduled time. Although
we will not be billed for returning the defective products to ILM Printing, this is not the first time
they have failed us.

ILM Printing is putting our clientele at risk by providing consecutive mistakes in their printing job.
I am advising you not to use ILM Printing services in the future in order to preserve our
customers with the high-quality service that we are known for.

As disappointing as this news may be, I assure you Jones Printing company could use an
alternative form of subcontracting instead of using ILM Printing. Rest assured, we still have a
stable relationship with our clients.
