    MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF CAUSE OF DEATH

    Place of death: Capital Brewing Co, Local bar
    Last time seen alive: 9 p.m. by her father Liam Harris, her brother Riley Harris,
    sister in law Georgia Kelly and two friends, Simon Smith and Mary Williams.

    CAUSE OF DEATH

    The deceased had a deep insertion in the throat area that was found to have been
    widened due to zig-zag movements that the deceased inflicted horizonally on herself with
    a broken beer bottle. The insertion punctured the aorta which caused fatal and severe
    bleeding.

    Other disease or condition suspected to have CONTRIBUTED TO DEATH was


    that the deceased had been known to have been suffering from a mental illness.
