    June 17, 2017, 9:00am - 10:00am

    I - Attendance :

    Quorum : The required quorum of the meeting was met.

    Others Present : None

    II - Opening Prayer : The prayer was led by Msgr. Jerry V. Bitoon.

    III- Proceedings :
    · Meeting called to order at 9:00am. by Chair, Msgr. Jerry V. Bitoon.

    IV - Agenda :
    · The logo of Laudato Si-3K Inc. was edited. This will be presented in the next meeting by
    Engr. Malijan.

    · The Membership Book of LS-3K Inc. was registered and approved by SEC on June 16,
    2017. It was presented to the body.

    · The List of officers was given namely :


    Chairman : Msgr. Jerry V. Bitoon, SThD
    President : Engr. Edgardo A. Malijan
    Secretary : Cynthia C. Besares
    Treasurer : Evelina C. Cargullo

    · The registration of LS-3K Inc. with BIR for tax exemption will be handled by Ms.Besares.

    · The Secretary’s Certificate as required by the bank to open an account will be finalized
    soon.
    · Msgr. Bitoon reminded that there should be House Rules regarding absences.

    V - Other Matters
    · Msgr. Bitoon noted that our Halamang Gamot ni Maria ( Herbal Garden) which is
    located at the Chancellor’s Garden will be open to the schools for educational tour
    starting July or August of 2017.

    · We will clean the said Herbal Garden. Schedule of cleaning will be announced soon.

    · The Herbal Garden Contest which is scheduled on July 12, 2017 will be moved at a
    later date.

    VI - Assessment of the Meeting. The discussions during the meeting were agreed upon by the
    body and approved by the Chair, Msgr. Bitoon. The next meeting will be on the 3 rd
    Saturday of July 2017.

    VII - Final Prayer was led by Msgr. Bitoon.

    VIII - Meeting Adjourned at 10:00 am.
