pulping with a colloid mill, and carrying out enzymolysis with cellulase, lipase, proteinase, xylanase, saccharifying
enzyme and high-temperature alpha-amylase; filtering, and sterilizing, deactivating the enzymes and flocculating
at high temperature under high pressure; and cooling, standing, taking the supernatant solution, adding honey and
waxy corn caramel, blending, homogenizing, canning, sterilizing in a sterilizer at high temperature under high
pressure, and cooling to obtain the corn milk. The corn milk beverage is convenient to make, has abundant
nutrition and favorable mouthfeel, is applicable to people with special taste demands, and is especially suitable for
middle-aged and elderly people. The corn milk beverage has the advantages of natural color and no addition of any
chemical additive, and is environment-friendly and healthy."
