BREAKFAST

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
 1 tbsp of Olive oil
 1 cup of malunggay
leaves
 1 cup chopped
Tomatoes
 1 cup chopped Green
pepper
 1 cup chopped Yellow
onion
 2 cloves of minced
garlic
 2 tsp of salt
 6 eggs
 ½ cheddar cheese (optional)

Procedures:
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12
muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
 Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in onion, green pepper, salt, tomatoes
and minced garlic. Mix in chedar cheese. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into
muffin cups.
 Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes
out clean, 20 to 25 minutes

MAIN COURSE

Lumpiang Bangus or Milkfish Springrolls

Ingredients:
 1 and 1/3 cups cooked and flaked bangus (Milkfish)
 ½ cup chopped yellow onions
 2 medium chopped tomatoes
 ¼ cup grated carrots
 Fish sauce (Patis) to taste
 Pepper to taste
 Lumpia wrappers

For the Sauce


 ½ cup sugar
 ½ cup water
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ cup vinegar
 1 clove chopped garlic

Procedures:

 In a saucepan, put bangus and enough water to cover. Simmer


‘till fish is cooked.
 Remove from pan and cool. Flake fish and pick out bones.
 In another pan, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil. Saute garlic onions and
tomatoes.
 When vegetables are soft, add bangus. Season with patis and
pepper and then add the green onions.
 Cool the filling and wrap in lumpia wrappers. Fry in hot oil ‘tll
golden brown.

For the Sauce


 In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over a
medium heat until syrupy.
 Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Pinakbet Lechon Kawali
Ingredients:
 3 tbsp of Olive oil
 1 chopped Onion
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 ½ pound of pork loin
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 chopped tomato
 ¼ pound fresh okra
 ¼ pound fresh green beans
 ¼ pound eggplant, cut into
bite-size pieces

 1 small bitter melon, cut into bite-size pieces

Procedures:
 Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir the onion and
garlic in the hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
 Stir in the pork and cook until completely browned, 5-7 minutes.
 Season with salt and pepper and add the tomato to the pot,
cover, and let cook for 5 minutes.
 Stir okra, green beans, eggplant, and bitter melon into the
mixture; cover, and cook until the vegetables are all soft to
the touch, about 10 minutes more. Serve hot.
Creamy Chicken Adobo

Ingredients:
 10 pcs chicken drumsticks
 2 tsp of salt
 2 tsp of fish sauce (patis)
 ½ cup of vinegar
 1 cup of water
 1 pack of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250Ml
 5 Cloves of smashed and slightly fried garlic

Procedures:
 Marinate the chicken with salt and patis.
 Bring to boil the marinated chicken and water. Once boiling, reduce
to a simmer and cooked covered in very low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the cover and cook for another 15 miutes to allow the liquid
to evaporate.
 Once the chicken is done, remove the chicken from the pan and set
aside in a serving platter, leaving the sauce in the pan. Slowly whisk in
NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 1 tbsp at a time until it is fully
incorporated and th sauce smooth and velvety.
 Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with the garlic cloves.
Sparkling Straberry Lemonade

Procedures:
Ingredients:
 Slice the lemon into halve. Slice the half
 1 lemon
lemon into three and put it inside the glass.
 2 tsp sugar
 Squeeze the other half to get the juice out
 ½ cup of crushed

 Muddle the lemon together with the honey

 Put the crushed ice in the glass and pour
 ½ of lime soda
the water and shake.

 Get another glass; moisten the rim and dip
ice
into the sugar. Crushed the strawberries
and put it in the glass and then the strained
mixture.
 Add the lime soda to make it tastier.
