HOW TO DO A BACK SPIN

Preparation:

Having a smooth or wet surface: Slippery.

Two large, flat bones at the top of your back: Shoulder blades.

The opposite of straight: Bent.

Moving in a circle: Circular motion.

To bring your arms or legs towards the centre of your body so they are not sticking
out: To tuck your arms/legs in.

To move your body in one direction towards an object or surface: To lean.

The top surface of a room: The ceiling.

Pointing in different directions: Split.

1. Before you start, make sure that you’ve got a smooth floor.

2. Start with your legs split.

3. Kick your leg around and lean back

4. Get enough speed to get a little spin.

5. Pull your knees to your chest and move your feet up to the ceiling.

6. Look super cool with your perfect backspin!

2. Kick your bent leg in a circular motion.

3. Lean back.

4. Roll onto your shoulders.

5. Lie on your side.

Opinion about the video:

That video has the objective of teach us how to do a perfect backspin, talking about
the steps that we should follow to make this move and explaining each step. For me,
that video was very useful because before I watch it I didn’t know anything about
breakdance but after watching it I know how to do a breakdance move that isn’t very
common to see.
