CS90 0,5

CS160 1
CS200 1,5
Reccomandation
*1-The gap may be shimmed at 0,1mm when processing thin material.
2-Shim only the lower blades on frame.
3-Close the jaw until the tip blade cross the frame blade.
4-Measure with a feeler gauge the gap.
5-Do not shim more than 3mm this may cause structural demage.
6-In case of excessive gap after to fit the 3 shims it's necessary
to replace the blades.
7-Tighten the blades bolts following the table into the operator manual.
8-Make some complete cycle, full open & full close, in order to check
the gap at different points to make sure that remain fixed as setted.
9-Proper rotation and adjustment of the cutting blades is very important
for the best shear performance and longer shear life.
It is recommended that the blades be rotated after every 80 hours of use.
Regular blade rotation keeps the blades and blade gaps uniform,
which allows the blades to be shimmed properly.
Regular blade maintenance is especially important when processing thinner materials.
It may be necessary to rotate and adjust the cutting blades more often when processing
thin or non-ferrous materials.
Frequent rotation and adjustment of the cutting blades is not as critical when processing
larger materials, but it will extend the life of the blades.
