HyperVerge, Inc. is a technologically innovative Silicon Valley based Artificial intelligence company founded

by five young 22-year olds from IIT Madras in India. HyperVerge basically uses the deep learning technique of

AI to do the proper analyzation of the digital representations of images, faces, objects, etc. The company as a

whole likes to take challenging projects as with their understanding of the deep learning solutions gives their

clients an certain edge in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and profitability.

HyperVerge's AI models lead the way today for Real Time Research. HyperVerge's deep-learning networks

power applications for large enterprise customers in almost all areas of growth such as Defense, Telecom,

Networking and Financial Services

HyperVerge has already played an influencial role by providing certain tools that are useful and used in daily

basis by people around the globe. Its continuous growth,which is being guided by the certain principles shall

offer opportunities to help and empower people in the future ahead.

HyperVerge is upgrading our legal frameworks to be equitable and more effective, keep up with AI, and handle

AI-related risks. This makes future AI systems extremely stable, so they complete the assigned work without

having to fail or be hacked.

The goal of Hyperverge AI research is to create beneficial intelligence.. Hyperverge's contributions are

supplemented by research funding by ensuring its beneficial use, including computer science, economics,

social studies questions. There's positive and balanced communication between AI researchers and policy-
makers at HyperVerge. Between AI researchers and developers a culture of collaboration, confidence, and

openness is fostered. Teams developing AI systems is actively cooperative to avoid corner-cutting on safety

standards.

During their operating lifetime, HyperVerge AI systems are safe and stable, and empirically so verifiable,

appropriate and feasible. HyperVerge advanced AI systems designers and builders are partners in the

philosophical implications of their usage, misuse, and behavior, with accountability and ability for influencing

those implications. Highly autonomous AI systems are built to ensure their priorities and actions comply with

human values during their operation. At Hyper Verge AI systems are typically developed and managed to be

compliant with human dignity, rights, freedoms, and art and culture value systems. There is no choice given that

the data they produce should be obtained, handled and monitored by the people. AI innovations at Hyper Verge

will help as many people as possible, and motivate them..The economic prosperity created by AI should be

Governance Model Framework which comprises guidance on measures promoting the responsible use of

AI that organisations should adopt in the following key areas:

a. Internal governance structures and measures HyperVerge adapts current or creates internal governance

frameworks and steps to integrate the algorithmic decision-making principles, threats and responsibilities.

b. AI-augmented decision-making: A procedure at HyperVerge to define appropriate risks and a reasonable

degree of human participation in AI-enhanced decision-making.

c. Operations management : Operational problems are considered at HyperVerge when developing, evaluating

and trying to maintain AI models including data management.

d. Stakeholder interaction and communication:Certain Strategies for communicating with stakeholders and

the management of relationships.


Governance Approach of HyperVerge involves two basic principles:

1)Clear roles and responsibilities for the ethical development of AI

Responsibility for and oversight of the different phases and tasks involved in HyperVerge's AI delivery is

delegated to the appropriate staff and/or departments HyperVerge staff and/or departments with internal AI

governance functions, are completely informed of their duties and obligations, are adequately trained and have

the tools and support they need to perform their obligations.

Key roles and responsibilities that can be allocated to them at HyperVerge

include:

1) Uses the current risk assessment system by implementing risk reduction mechanisms.Assess and controls the

risks involved with the deployment of AI, and any potential adverse impact on individual

3) The preparation and design process for the AI model. Maintenance, tracking, reporting and analysis of the AI

models deployed, with a view to take remedial steps where appropriate.

4) Reviewing communications channels and interactions with stakeholders of HyperVerge to provide disclosure

and effective feedback channels.

HyperVerge is considering incorporating a robust risk management framework and operational controls that
explicitly discuss the risks inherent with applying the chosen AI model.

Such measures include:

1) Use fair steps to ensure that the data sets used for AI model development are appropriate for the intended use,

and to evaluate and mitigate the risks of inconsistency or bias, as well as evaluating exceptions found during

design training.

2) Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms as well as procedures to ensure that the correct management

level is aware of the success of the AI being implemented and any problems relevant to it.

3) Ensuring proper transition of information as main people participating in AI operations change. It would

reduce the possibility of workforce turnover establishing an internal control gap at HyperVerge.

4) Assessment of HyperVerge's internal governance system and where major shifts in the corporate framework

or main staff are concerned.

5) Consideration of the existing governance framework and steps annually to ensure its ongoing existence and

functionality.
