Key Accountabilities
Ensure MTR Crossrail has an applicable train plan, including train crew and unit diagrams and timings, in
accordance with industry timescales. This includes any service level commitments defined in the Concession
Agreement or blockades of significance
Suggest and implement as required changes to the train plan to maximise performance and customer benefit
Provide information to the other functions within the business regarding when blocks are affecting the route
Produce simplifiers and other materials as required
As part of the PDR process, undertake ongoing exposure of other aspects of the performance and planning
function, and rostering functions, to get a better understanding of the inputs and outputs
Liaise with other departments to ensure that the train plan is deliverable and can be resourced efficiently
Lead or be part of project teams on an ad-hoc basis
Advise Head of Performance and Planning of any issues that will require attention of senior management in
MTR Crossrail or TfL with regard to deliverability of the train plan

Person Specification
Education
GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above, or equivalent
Familiar with planning systems such as VoyagerPlan and TPS, and the feed to other systems such as IRMA
and SHEILA
