SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS, is made

and entered into by and among :

Mia Corazon N. Siquia, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Outlook Drive,
Baguio City;

Timothy N. Siquia, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #34 Brookside,
Baguio City;

WITNESSETH
That the above named parties , are the legitimate heirs of the late TATANG N.
SIQUIA who died on June 12, 1995 Outlook Drive, Baguio City with Last Will and Testament;

That said deceased , at the time of his death left a parcel of land with an
erected two-storey residential building in Outlook Drive, Baguio City and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

PARCEL OF LAND:

“A parcel of land designated as Cadastral Lot No. 98765 with an approximate

area of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY (980) Square Meters, more or less, bounded on the
North by Lot 6362 in the name of Dante Guevarra; on the East by Lot No. 6465- Pio
Balang; on the South by Lot No. 6441 – Feliciano Llagas and on the West by Road,
delimited all around by visible boundary marks and declared for taxation purposes
in the name of TATANG N. SIQUIA under Tax Declaration No. 1995-031-0226 and
assessed at P49,980”;

That no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate

with Waiver of Rights’

That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said
deceased left no debts;

That the parties hereto, being all of legal age, with full capacity to contract hereby
by these presents agree to divide and adjudicate among themselves, the above described real
estate in equal share;

That FURTHER, I, TIMOTHY N. SIQUIA, the son of TATANG N. SIQUIA WAIVE,

RENOUNCE, AND QUITCLAIM forever, all of my SHARE, RIGHT, INTEREST, OWNERSHIP AND
PARTICIPATION I have in the above described real properties in favor of my niece, MIA
CORAZON N. SIQUIA, the daughter of my late sister, and my only co-heir to my mother,
TATANG N. SIQUIA.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this __4th_
day of August, 1996. Baguio City, Philippines.

Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Rights which they have acknowledge before

This instrument consist of 3 pages duly signed by the parties and their witnesses,
including this page where the acknowledgment is written.
