1. ENGLAND TOUR OF SRI LANKA RESCHEDULED TO JANUARY

The tour of England and Sri Lanka has been called off due to global pandemic Coronavirus
outbreak.

Highlights:

 This tour was part of World Test Championship.

 Now it has been rescheduled to January next year as it could not be completed in March.
 Sri Lanka Cricket CEO, Ashley De Sliva said, “We are in the process of rescheduling the
tours that have been postponed. England has been already rescheduled for the month of
January next year but the dates have not been finalised.”
 India too were scheduled to tour Sri Lanka for a limited overs series after the IPL, which
has been postponed indefinitely.
 However, England are scheduled to tour India in January for a five-Test series, so, it
remains to be seen how the scheduling will work out.
