INDEED VERY NOTEWORTHY FOR ITS CONSISTENCY TO OUR ILOCOS NORTE’S PROGRAM THRUSTS, IN TOURISM AND IN THE PRESERVATION OF OUR ARTS AND CULTURE AS A PEOPLE IF I MAY SAY SO, YOUR ANNUAL FESTIVAL WHEREIN THE RICH CULTURAL TRADITIONS OF OUR INDIGENOUS BRETHREN IN ADAMS ARE SHOWCASED IS A TESTIMONIAL TO THE WISDOM OF THE LATE PRESIDENT FERDINAND EDRALIN MARCOS IN CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF ADAMS ONLY TO PRESERVE ITS RICH CUSTOMS AND TRADITIONS BUT ALSO TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE UPLIFTMENT OF ITS PEOPLE.
THE PEOPLE OF ADAMS WERE WARRIORS THEN AND WARRIORS
STILL, BUT IN CONTEMPORARY TIMES, NO LONGER BEAR ARMS BUT STILL DO BATTLE WITH THEIR MINDS AND STRENGTH TO MAKE ADAMS A MUST SEE TOURIST DESTINATION IN THEIR QUEST FOR THEIR GREAT DESTINY.
