BUILDING A RESILIENT LEARNERS THROUGH HANDS-

ONLY CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR)
AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

When Learners are CPR-Ready, we are building a resilient Filipino Family!

Solsona National High School answers to the call of resilience as it roll out its

Hands-Only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Awareness Campaign. After a

substantial information-sharing, the teachers, non-teaching staff, and student-leaders of

each section are able to experience applying CPR in the return-demonstration through the

guidance of Mr. Jerry A. Dabis, Mr. Rhodmark B. Atienza and Mr. Ramon Christopher A. De

Leon, safety services instructors from the Philippine Red Cross-Ilocos Norte Chapter. The

School Principal IV, Dr. Rizalina T. Manzano, on the other hand, is grateful for this life-saving

activity being implemented in the school. She likewise thanks the Red Cross Youth and SSG

Officers, with the supervision of the advisers and the School Nurse, for the successful

implementation of the awareness campaign. It aims to live the DepEd Core Values of

being MAKATAO and MAKABANSA.

The said activity is in consonance to the nationwide campaign spearheaded by the

Department of Health, Philippine Red Cross, and Philippine Heart Center as part of the

celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month.

With this, Solsona national High School becomes instrumental in making students

disaster-ready and disaster-resilient, which can empower them in bouncing back after

whatever disaster they may come their way.
