User Guide to resolve Flow Vision Licensing

Step1: Once you login into Remote Lab using your BITS Credentials and start the Flow Vision
Application and you will get the window as in below screenshot.

Step2: Click on YES and go to File menu on menu bar, and click on preferences as in below
screenshot
Step3: You will get the prompt as in below screenshot, Edit the Address and license user name

Step4: Please change the Address to 103.230.84.215 and License user name to BITS_FVuser and
click on Apply and Ok which will enable the license.

Step5: Once you have created any project/Opened any Project

Step6: Start the Solver Agent in the Start menu as in below screenshot

Step7: Go back to Flow vision application dashboard and click on Solver Agent login icon in the
menu bar as in below screenshot
Step8: Once you click on Solver Agent log in icon, it will prompt for user credentials as in below
screenshot

Step9: Please add the Username and Password as given below:

User Name: BITSUSERS

Password: bits@123

Click on apply and ok which will activate the Solver agent.

Solver is Activated you can connect the solver and continue with your Tutorials.
