sterndrive (I/O) and outboard (O/B) configurations, the PTX™ package gives each pontoon unprecedented

 HOW PREMIER MAKES YOUR PONTOON
Often imitated, but never duplicated

Premier continues to lead in patents, industry-firsts and leading-edge innovations. Each year we come up with new and better ways of constructing our boats to ensure
that our customers receive a quality, reliable product that will stand the test of time. From our patented J-Clip™ fasteners to our luxurious Flexsteel® inner spring furniture,
Premier offers an uncompromised product that will be enjoyed summer after summer.

Tubes & Nosecones Crossmembers

We start with heavy-duty, .090 gauge aluminum (on most models), multi-chambered 25" and 27" tubes,
and a .100 gauge aluminum, 2-piece hydrodynamic nosecone. Our splash deflectors are integrated, not
welded to the tube, to ensure the strongest structure. We then use extruded, heavy-duty M-brackets to
attach the pontoon to the deck. Our oversized M-bracket results in greater strength and stability, and
our pressure-tested tubes (air-gauge tested throughout the manufacturing process) are guaranteed for
a lifetime. Our exclusive PALS tube vents compensate for temperature fluctuation and prevent the tube
from filling with water if punctured.
Our 16" on-center Z-channel crossmembers on standard 25” and 27” tubes* are bolted to the
M-brackets with stainless steel fasteners. While the industry standard is 24", Premier uses 16" on-center
crossmembers (on most models) to increase stability by preventing racking and twisting of the frame.
We also use extra Z-channel crossmembers to support the strongest possible all-aluminum transom
in the industry.

Decking Furniture

We then attach a 7-ply, 3/4” pressure treated marine grade plywood to the frame, using an average
of 10 lifetime-warrantied stainless steel Tekfasteners per crossmember. That’s more than 300 on a
25’ boat. Unlike pre-drilled decks that are bolted (which allows water to leak through the frame) our
Tekfasteners are attached with high-speed drills directly into the Z-channels, generating enough heat
to weld the fastener to the frame. Our decks are sanded, filled and leveled for a smooth surface to
adhere either marine grade carpet or vinyl.
Our lifetime-warrantied Rotocast framework is covered with a stain-resistant NANO Block™ vinyl. The
seat bases are built with a Rotocast that’s lighter and stronger than wood for increased durability. We
use an integrated drainage system to allow water to easily flow off the seats. And all of our furniture—
including our captain’s seats, couches and fishing chairs—is guaranteed, 100% wood-free. While most
manufacturers claim to use wood-free furniture, it’s not uncommon to still find wood hidden in their
seat backs, bases, etc.

Bimini Top Rails & Gates

This is all topped off with our casted Bimini hardware and 1-1/4" frame, covered by a durable and water Our railings are secured to the deck using our patented rail spacers to allow for faster drying of the
resistant canvas top. Our quick-release brackets make opening and closing your Bimini effortless. And, deck and carpet. An industrial-strength silicone caulk is applied to each panel to ensure a quiet ride.
