    The Executive Committee of the Meghna Residency Flat Owners’ Association,

    which met on 26 th March, 2020 took the following decisions:

    1. The Committee decided to raise the monthly fee for Waste taking, Electrical and
    Plumbing Assistance from Rs 200/- to Rs 220/- with effect from April, 2020 onwards.
    For those who may have to make the payment for 15 days, the rate is fixed at Rs 120/-
    and for 7 days at Rs 65/-.

    2. Since the precautions being taken in view of the outbreak of Corona/Covid-19 are
    causing expenses, the Committee decided to collect this additional expenditure every
    month, at the rate of Rs. 100/-, starting from this month itself. This will be collected
    along with the fee for waste taking, Electrical and Plumbing assistance. It will be
    collected so long as the Covid-19 situation prolongs and the expenses on that account
    are incurred by the Association.

    The rest of the decisions of this Committee will be communicated shortly.
