The Executive Committee of the Meghna Residency Flat

Owners’ Association, which met on 17th March, 2020, took

the following decisions:

 The Committee discussed the various instructions issued by the

Government in view of the spread of the CORONA virus, and
decided to introduce necessary steps for preventing CORONA
virus;
1. Cleaning of lifts, entrance gate, railings etc. with sanitizer.
2. Distribution of sanitizer near security cabin to those who
enter into our flat premises.
3. Provision for hand washing at the southern side of our flat.
 The expenses for changing the ACCL (Automatic Change
Over), Fuse, Isolator etc. meant for the individual flat should be
borne by the flat owner concerned.
 The Committee discussed about the disposing and burning of
the processed toilet waste in a desolate place. If anyone needs
toilet and kitchen waste for disposing in his/her land, it can be
taken from our flat.
 The Committee noted that since our staff declined to shift toilet
waste from the pits, our waste disposing system will not
function effectively.
