AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

I, BEN D. BALANAY, of legal age, widower, Filipino and a

resident of Bgy. Poblacion, Narra, Palawan, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

I am one of the owners of a certain parcel of agricultural

land located at Bgy. Calategas, Narra, Palawan and covered by OCT
No. C-3279 with a total area of 72,731 square meters;

On October 2, 2019, we executed a Deed of Absolute Sale over

the said property in favor of SPOUSES BIO LIM YAO and GRACE YAO,
KRISTINE GISELLE YAO and KEVIN BRIAN YAO before the Notary Public
ATTY. JEAN LOU N. AGUILAR and entered in his Notarial Register as
Doc. No. 198, Page No. 41, Book No. 54, Series of 2019;

That the subject property is not involved in any liti-gation

or subject of any case and have no pending case filed before the
DARAB, or any Adjudications, the DAR, the Courts or Office of the
President; and

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth

and veracity of the above statement and as a requirement of DAR
for issuance of DAR Clearance.
