AFFIDAVIT OF TOTAL LAND HOLDING OF


BUYERS/TRANSFEREES

WE, SPOUSES BIO LIM YAO and GRACE YAO, both of legal age, married to each
other, Filipinos and residents of No. 55 Joy Street, Grace Village, Quezon City,
KRISTINE GISELLE YAO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of No. 55 Joy
Street, Grace Village, Quezon City, and KEVIN BRIAN YAO, of legal age, single,
Filipino and a resident of No. 55 Joy Street, Grace Village, Quezon City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we are the VENDEES of a parcel of agricultural land located at Bgy.


Calategas, Narra, Palawan with an area of SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY ONE (72,731) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered of OCT No. C-3279;

2. That we acquired the said parcel of land from the OFELIA B. MATEO, JERRY
B. MATEO and HEIRS OF ALICIA MATEO BALANAY by a Deed of Absolute Sale executed
before the Notary Public of ATTY. JEAN LOU N. AGUILAR and entered in his Notarial
Register as Doc. No. 198, Page No. 41, Book No. 54, Series of 2019;

3. That our total agricultural landholdings as of the date of execution of


the aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale are as follows:

SPOUSES BIO LIM YAO and GRACE YAO - _________ square meters
KRISTINE GISELLE YAO - _________ square meters
KEVIN BRIAN YAO - _________ square meters

These landholdings appeared on the Certificates of Total Landholdings


issued by the Assessor’s Office of Quezon City. Attached herewith are the copies
of said Certificates as Annex “A” to “A-2”;

4. That our total agricultural landholding after the said sale is now:

SPS. BIO LIM YAO and GRACE YAO - __________ square meters
KRISTINE GISELLE YAO - __________ square meters
KEVIN BRIAN YAO - __________ square meters

which is less than the limit of 5 hectares each as prescribed by law;

5. That this affidavit is being executed in compliance with DAR


Administrative Order No. _____, Series of _____ as well as to show proof that my
total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned
transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares; and

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally
serve.
