When I arrived at the site location, Andrei greeted me

and he told me that the job he is supervising is on behalf of
Highways England and the scope of work includes culvert
works. It is a big job that will spread over few months.
After describing me the job in few words he told me that he
will have a prestart-briefing and set up working area and the
preparation of existing headwall removal. As we reached the
area they were working, I carried out a risk assessment.
While observing the first activity of the day, I could see Andrei

unsafe acts, stop work if anything changes and be aware of
your working environment beside these rules, the PPE
requirements for the ground work needed to be worn as
expected including any masks, costumes and protective
headphones. I could see how Andrei was checking if his team
was aware of these rules and how they should act when 1.1, 1.2,

they were asked to sign the tasks briefing record sheet where 4.1, 4.2
they acknowledged the importance of the briefing. In the end,
Andrei asked them if they have any questions about the
information discussed. He encouraged to have their own M/503/2915
