Academy Agreement

Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy

This is an agreement between Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy, hereinafter referred to as
Academy and Stag International.

The above parties have decided to enter into an agreement for 4 years. The agreement is signed by A. Narasimha
Rao, on behalf of Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy as Secretary of the Academy and Vivek Kohli,
Co- Chairman, of Stag International. The agreement would be valid from 01.08.2019 to 31.7.2023. The agreement
will be automatically renewed if not cancelled by either party.

The terms of the agreement are as follows:

Duties of Stag

1. Stag will provide half of the tables and surrounds free of cost, as per requirement for the first purchase
towards the infrastructure set up of the academy.

2. Additionally, for all other products (excluding tables and surrounds) Stag will also provide 25% discount on
the price list for the first purchase.

3. Stag will also provide a starter pack to the new academy completely free of cost. The free starter pack for
your academy would include the following:

1 Multi-ball net
20 Surrounds
10 T-shirts
10 Shorts

4. Additionally, we would like to give you a free coaching starter kit, which will include:

5 Beginner Rackets
15 Dozen Training Balls
5 Dozen Competition Balls
1 Ball Picker
1 Net Measurer
1 Peter Karlsson Training DVD
10 Marker Cones

5. Stag will also provide 25% discount on the price list for any purchase by the Anandnagar Welfare
Association Sports Academy after the first purchase by the academy.

6. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy can nominate one coach to be sponsored by
Stag individually which would include clothing, bags and accessories given yearly.

7. Stag will also be open to discussing extra benefits if the academy decides to host a national/international
level tournament that includes Stag in the title. Quantities to be discussed.

8. The sponsored products provided for free and the discounted products should not be resold. They are
provided for the sole purpose of personal of use by the academy. Authorization is required to become a Stag
reseller. If the academy wishes to become a reseller, they can request to open a pro-shop and become a Stag
dealer which entitles them to a higher discount.
 Duties of Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy

1. To declare Stag as the official sponsor of Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy and to include
‘powered by Stag’ as the suffix to the name of the academy. (for e.g. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports
Academy powered by Stag).

2. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to buy all Stag brand equipment and accessories for their
future needs starting from 01.08.2019.

3. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to have a minimum of 35 students enrolled to avail
the above benefits. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to keep Stag informed on any
changes to the total number of students.

4. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to wear Stag clothing during all major events they participate
in starting from 01.08.2019. Academy is required to purchase clothing from Stag every year, which must include:
2 T- shirts, 2 pairs of shorts/skirts and a tracksuit for each of its players.

5. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to use Stag equipment in all tournaments and events
organized by the Academy.

6. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy must ensure that there are proper playing conditions
for its players, including suitable synthetic sports flooring.

7. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to give publicity to this agreement wherever they can help
generate publicity for Stag.

8. Use the Stag logo on website, stationery, certificates and accreditation of all the major events conducted by
Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy.

9. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to bear the transport costs and taxes of all equipment.

10. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy should adhere to Stag’s official ethical code of conduct and
sponsorship guidelines.

11. The academy should also allow authorised personnel of Stag to audit the academies to ensure that the quality
standards are met and provide timely reports containing updates and information for media as per the
sponsorship guidelines.

12. Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy to appoint coaches who are former national or international
players who are certified by ITTF for advance level or coaches certified by S.A.I/N.I.S.

13. Any breach of the above terms would result in the immediate termination of the agreement and the
Anandnagar Welfare Association Sports Academy would have to pay in full the outstanding amount (as per
MRP) for all the products received from Stag at discount or free from the start date of the agreement to the day
of termination of this agreement.
