Gold Club Agreement

<Club Name>

This is an agreement between <Club Name> and Stag International.

The above parties have decided to enter into an agreement for 4 years. The agreement
is signed by _______________, on behalf of <Club Name> as _______________ and
Vivek Kohli, Co- Chairman, of Stag International. The agreement would be valid from
_______________ to _______________.The agreement will be automatically renewed if
not cancelled by either party.

The terms of the agreement are as follows:

Duties of Stag

1. Stag will provide €3,000 worth of equipment every year, free of cost, from any
products listed in the catalogue at their retail value.

2. Stag will also provide 15% discount on the price list for any purchase by the <Club
Name>.

3. <Club Name> can nominate one coach to be sponsored by Stag individually.

4. Stag will also be open to discussing extra benefits if the club decides to host a
national/international level tournament that includes Stag in the title. Quantities to
be discussed.

Duties of <Club Name>

1. To declare Stag as the official sponsor of <Club Name> and to include ‘Powered
by Stag’ as suffix to the name of the club. (for e.g. <club name> Powered by Stag).

2. <Club Name> to buy all Stag brand equipment and accessories for their future
needs starting from 1st January 2019.

3. <Club Name> to wear Stag clothing during all major events they participate in
starting from 1st January 2019.

4. <Club Name> to use Stag equipment in all tournaments and events organised by
the club.

 5. Give publicity to this agreement wherever they can help generate publicity for Stag.

6. Use the Stag logo on website, stationery, certificates and accreditation of all the
major table tennis events conducted by <Club Name>.

7. <Club Name> to bear the transport cost and custom costs of all equipment.

8. <Club Name> should adhere to Stag’s official ethical code of conduct and
sponsorship guidelines.

Additional benefits of partnering with us:




1. Stag Brand Ambassador Coaches could conduct training camp(s) at <Club Name>.
The details of which can be discussed.

2. Stag will help promote the players playing at the <Club Name> to all the 209
countries we are currently working in by helping facilitate exchange programs and
camps with Stag partner facilities all over the globe.
