Review

Read the review below.

The glasses are well-made, but that is the only positive

about my experience purchasing spectacles from this
seller.

Firstly, I ordered the Sandy Dunes shade and clearly

received the Midnight Black colour. Black glasses just
don’t suit my face! The website mentioned that these
glasses came with a case. There was no case provided
with this delivery. All attempts to contact the seller
have taken days to be replied to. There is no offer of a
refund. What a waste of time, not to mention €200. Rip
off.

Do not buy from this seller!

Do you think it is a fair review?

Why is it important for online shoppers to write reviews of their
purchases?

Exercise p. 31
It might be hard to imagine when you enter your financial details and
press the checkout button, but online shopping can have an impact on
the environment. The many delivery trucks which work daily to bring the
ever-growing numbers of orders and packages to people’s doors all
contribute to emissions and urban pollution.
It is not just emissions that grow as a result of online shopping. Online
retailers need to keep the goods they sell undamaged during transit from
the warehouse to the delivery point. To protect the goods of their
customers, huge amounts of cardboard, plastic and foam are required.
