    LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE AND FEES REQUEST FOR THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN FOR THE PROPOSED
    STATE TEACHER’S QUARTERS FOR ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT AT OTUOCHA
    L.G.A/AYAMELUM L.G.A/ANAMBRA WEST L.G.A/OGBARU L.G.A.

    Based on our discussion on the 19 th March, 2020 on the above named project, we were
    commissioned to produce fully detailed structural drawings for the above name project. We are
    using this as an opportunity to inform the commission that work has commenced as instructed.

    As a result, we are requesting for 30% of the agreed contract free of Six Hundred Thousand Naira
    only (N 600, 000) while the remaining 70% of the agreed contract fee will be paid on the completion
    and submission of the work.

    It is pertinent to mention at this point that the above enumeration excludes site supervision and was
    not computed using the standard scale of fees but was based on the understanding that the project
    is a private project.
