➢ The customer can choose the nearest cab with cost wise and track
the driver location within on the time.
➢ The driver can update the any toll or other cost.

➢ It will go to payment page from here itself customer can pay the
money through Digital.
➢ Once above process done from the customer.

Step5: Book the Cab.

➢ Once Cab booked the details send notification to the driver.
➢ The customer can receive the conformation booking and driver
details.
➢ CAB will arrive customer location within the time for Pickup the
customer.
➢ Customer have option for cancel the CAB. (Customer not satisfied the
driver or late arrival).

➢ The App owner refund the amount to customer.

Step5: Verify the customer

➢ Once the CAB reached customer place (customer and Driver can
verify the details this customer & this driver) if customer feel
compatible then they can go with the cab itself.
➢ Once drop is done.
➢ If customer is satisfied with Driver they can give review if not they
can register complaint to APP Owner.

Book Your Delivery

Step1: User Registration & login

Step2: User can fill the required fields.

Customer Details
➢ Username, Phone Number, Photos, From Place, To Place, Parcel
Name, Qty, Pickup time, Address, Weight, Contact Person Details,
Alternative Contact Details, Etc... One way or Two Way and Submit.

Step3: Payment Method

➢ It will go to payment page from there customer can pay the money
Digitally.

Step4: Notification

➢ Once above process are done the alert notification will go to

the particular DELIVERY BOY who is selected by the
customer ( The same notification will go to APP Owner also).
➢ After DELIVERY BOY receives the notification with customer
details He/she can reply ‘ On the way to pickup’ from the
app itself. (Or we can set automatic reply message).
➢ customer will receive the notification message from the
DELIVERY BOY.
Pickup details
➢ DELIVERY BOY will come to the customer place to pick up
the parcel within the mentioned period.
➢ Here delivery boy can have rights to check the parcel
whether it’s legal or illegal.
➢ As well as customer can also verify the DELIVERY BOY details
(contact number, photo, vehicle info) with live location.
Receiving Details
➢ Once the delivery boy reached the customer location (it will
show notification DELIVERY BOY is nearby your place) if the
receiving person is available he will deliver the parcel.

➢ The delivery address the receiver not available the user

can alter the address to other delivery location.
➢ After the Call or chat.
➢ To click Other address button we can update the delivery
location.
Delivery Address 2:
➢ The extra payment charge will be added to the customer.
