What You'll Do

Consulting & evaluating processes with regards to their potential and


suitability for RPA and work estimation
Document creation including Business Case, Process Flows, Process Definition
Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD)
Design and develop process solutions in UiPath or Blue Prism in accordance to
the RPA tool standards and best practises
Drive RPA solutions through test, change management and deployment
Communicating & collaborating with colleagues, clients and partners to deliver
against project/programme outcomes
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified risks
and issues to the project manager
Adherence to the AGILE project delivery framework (including reporting &
management information)
Impart existing RPA knowledge / experience with colleagues, providing guidance
on best practice and development techniques

What We're Looking For

You will have at least 3+ years’ experience as an accredited UiPath / Blue


Prism developer
You will be flexible and open to travel depending on client needs
You will be willing to improve and learn
Working knowledge of Agile, SCRUM and Kanban methodologies
Excellent understanding of Excel, its formulas and a demonstrable record of
creating macros
Experience with issue and project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or
TFS
Agility and capability to adapt to change; handle multiple demands / priorities
effectively; handle conflict effectively; collaborate; willing to accept new
responsibilities; take initiative and be accountable

Personal Skills

An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to
the source of an error
Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with
ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all
levels
Experience in computer programming languages such as C/C++. C#, Python, VB
Script, Ruby, Java, JS and .Net
Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable record of
presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word,
PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
Experience of SQL; writing simple queries to validate data; inserting test
data; some knowledge of relational databases
