INSTRUCTION FOR REPLACING MONITOR

1. Objective

Field replacement procedure for the Monitor(part # 2306634).

Tools required

2.1 Standard tool kit.

Precaution

Switch Off the power
Take necessary ESD protection while handling the PCB’s

Procedure

1.1 Remove the BNC Connector from the back of the monitor that is connected to the CCU.
1.2 Remove all other connectors that is connected to the monitor
1.3 Take the Monitor out and replace it by a new one and put back all the connectors in the
respective position

4. Functional Verification

 Switch ON the system and check the Monitor light, green light is glowing or not

 Give an exposure and see whether the image is appearing on the monitor.

 Adjust the Brightness and contrast knobs and check all the keys are working or not
