legislation we are going to discuss that what are the rights that a person has when he is arrested or is in custody of a police and how can he avail them like sec 46,50(1) of crpc is explained and the rights at the time of arrests and at the time of trial are completely discussed. Rights in not only in india but global rights declared by united nations are also cited in the research area . various rules and rights are also set up by judiciary during delivering judgments on how to keep a person in trial or in custody in a jail or a lockup. Then some specific relief and deviation of rules in case of children ,elderly, vip personalities, celebrity, person of importance is also explained . some provisions of prisoner of war in case of military is also a part of the research area .
