DAY 1
1. You must keep this attendance card for this will be
the basis of your attendance during the intramurals.
2. If this card is lost, you are free to ask another one Sport: Sport: Sport:
from the council office. However, you will forfeit
your checked attendance during the Intramurals if
there is/are any and the Secretariat Committee will

not be anymore liable for that.
3. After the said event, please pass this card to the

4. Every student in the college is required to watch at
least 3 games per day. DAY 3
5. Every missed event/game is equivalent to five (5)
deficit hours.

submit the attendance cards to the secretariat
committee assigned of the game. Fifteen (15)
minutes after the game starts, the secretariat

committee will no longer accept your attendance

7. Right after the game, the members of the secretariat
committee will return the attendance cards. Failure
to claim the attendance cards 15 minutes after the DAY 5
distribution, the stamp win the card will no longer
be valid.
