BTMP 2553 SEMESTER II 2019/2020

1.0 Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this subject students should be able to:

LO1: Understand the basic principles and concepts of technology application in providing
management solutions to the organization.
LO2 : Apply technology skills and knowledge to enhance working efficiency and
organizational performance.
LO3 : Integrate the various technology applications into organizational strategy to create
competitive advantage.

2.0 Synopsis
Explore new trends and disruptive technologies in Technology and learn how these technologies are
used to create a competitive business edge. Managers from technology companies will serve as guest
speakers, sharing their experience and depth of knowledge in the industry. Special emphasis will be on
hot topic issues in the technology industry including human resource, marketing, accounting,
operation management and etc.
