On Monday 23 March 2020, President Ramaphosa announced that during the national lockdown, declared from midnight
Thursday 26 March until midnight 16 April 2020, critical business continuity services to support the health and safety of
South Africans will continue. The categories of people who are exempted from this lockdown include those involved in
the production, distribution and supply of food and basic goods, as well as those providing essential inputs thereto.

Tiger Brands Limited, Company Registration Number 1944 / 017881 / 06” the Company”) is a large manufacturer of food
and basic goods in South Africa. The company hereby confirms that Control Software Solutions is a supplier to Tiger
Brands and provides essential inputs to enable the Company to continue producing and distributing food during the
lockdown period. This supplier is involved in (tick the relevant box below)
