Police and Public Safety Section – 16 weeks
 Developed web-based curriculum for training to Computer Alarm Technicians on Windows, Word and Powerpoint.
The program included using a learning course management tool (LCMS) called Blackboard to post on-line notes and
testing for class. Established training functions on project as well as maintaining the training portion of the Project
schedule. Prepared weekly status reports. Implemented my own courseware. Created a course evaluation report.

Mar 2002 to Present Orleans Automated Systems – Consulting Services


 Since 1984, experience in conducting training needs analysis and knowledge of training requirements for various
management levels. Approved training plans, processes and procedures. Created a course evaluation report.

1984 to 1986 Home-Based Operation of Orleans Automated Systems


 Provided word processing training and typing services from my home. Developed courseware for several programs.
Taught Wordperfect and Word to clients. Sold software and hardware as a value added retailer. Taught software
programs such as Wordperfect, Macwrite, Word, etc. Created, edited training manuals using Framemaker, Word and
WordPerfect.

 As Director's secretary, provided secretarial services to officers and responsible for coordinating divisional
person-year and expenditure budget for six responsibility centres (two directly) totaling over $700K. Reconciled
financial statements.
