Abdullah Al Masum has formed a dynamic team of IT professional, Engineers,

Marketing & Sales managers, and key personals in others relevant departments for
Dazzlink Mobile. It is also in the plan to recruit some experienced expatriates in
different departments at the right time.

Dazzlink Mobile UK will be a joint venture company by share of Dazzlink Limited and
Dazzlink UK Limited. Dazzlink Limited which owns 60% and Dazzlink UK Limited hold
40% of the shares of Dazzlink Mobile.

A total of up to 40% of the Dazzlink UK Limited’s ordinary shares shall be offered for
sale to the investors at an initial value of GBP 1000 per share

Financial overview

Dazzlink Mobile will need an additional £ 1000,000 (Pounds ten hundred thousand) in
capital; this is based on the following assumptions:

(1) Software development,

(2) Access network agreements with one or two MNOs,

(3) Core network set up,

(4) Service platform

(5) Pricing and billing,

(6) Customer care,

 (7) SIM card producing,

(8) Handset manufacturing and

(9) Marketing and sales.

Operation Cost & profit

 The Plan assumes that Dazzlink Mobile will break-even within 12 months of
starting the service. And make a profit within the second year.
 Anticipating by end of second year of operation every Investors will have
over 100% of their Investment returned as dividend (profit) and the value of
share is likely to increase more then 100%.

 First year total revenue is based on only 10 thousand SIMs sale per month.
