Handled the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
Achieve Individual Targets. Responsible for Recruitment of Guide
& Train the new joinees towards achieving their set targets.
Client Relationship & Co-ordinations on recruitments & New
Business. Excellent skills in Job Portals like (Naukri, Monster…)
Good exposure & exp in social media recruitment( linkedin,
Facebook…)
End-to-End coordination of interviews from candidate side. Follow
up the candidates as to their joining dates & joining formalities.
Maintaining & Enhancing Database. Negotiating with the clients &
candidates for CTC.
Preparing and maintaining MIS Executive and Talent search for IT
and Non IT companies.
Responsible for identifying good quality candidates across all
technologies across all levels (Junior/Middle/Senior)
Screening Resumes, Short listing & evaluating the candidates
Head hunting for specific assignments. Existing Client interactions.
New client generation. Presenting to prospective Clients, etc.
