Final Output for 1st Semester 2017-2018

Macroeconomics (Econ 22)

Terminal Report

1. The class is divided into 6 groups that would represent different world continents. The
group assigned to a specific continent will select two countries as of the group’s preference.
(e.g. Southeast Asia: Thailand and Laos).
2. After the selection, the groups are to collect information on macroeconomic indicators 1 of
each chosen countries. Make sure that the data and information should be latest. (Within 5
year period).
3. The collected information and data will be used to create an info graphic material for each
selected countries.
4. The members will report their accomplished info graphic material to the entire class. The
group also will include in their report about the major economic problems or challenges
specifically faced by this country in terms of economic policies 2. The group shall framework
a solution to underlying economic problem and to make sure that the supplied solutions or
recommendations can be explained by from the previous lectures in the class.
5. The report must be organized very well and explained clearly by the group, presentation is
limited of maximum 10 power point slides only.
6. Every group must make sure that the information are properly labelled with the sources
(reliable).
7. Power point slides will be posted in our Facebook group after the report (same day).
8. The group members are ready to answer questions from the class.

Visual Appeal – 15%

Organization of Ideas – 25%
Quality of Information, (accuracy of data and correctness of the graphics used) – 30%
Timeliness – 5%
Mechanics – 5 %
Clarity of the reporting– 20 %
