1. Upload the tabulation for breast and heart.

2. Use the format given to you patterned after the head to ear body part.

3. Make sure that everybody have enrolled or sign in base the groupings that we have (follow your
groupings in the weekly tabulation that you are submitting to me (head to neck; chest to breast). Below
is the example. Just make the necessary adjustment according to our class size. The 106 corresponds to
your section.

Team 106A - first 10 alphabetical order

Team 106 B - second 10 alphabetical order

Team 106 C - third 10 alphabetical order

Team 106D - last 10 alphabetical order

4. Deadlne for uploading of the tabulation is Saturday @10pm which means that EVERYBODY SHOULD
HAVE ALREADY sign in or enroll in your respective groupings (example: TEAM 106 A) at the very least
Saturday 9:30pm. The leader of the group should upload the file at Saturday latest is 10pm. The Canvas
will close and will no longer accept any uploads after 10pm. So the earlier the better of uploading. I will
open the uploading as early as i can until Saturday. Those who did not sign in or enroll in your grouping
like TEAM 106A will only mean NO GRADE.

5. Make sure to have a screen shot as evidence should there be any problem encountered. Like you
cannot upload the file etc. Canvas is not accepting your upload. Similar also to those who are enrolling.
Last sem, we encounter that students have uploaded the file but it was not reflected on Canvas. Make
sure you were able to see or read SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED or something.

6. If there is problem in terms of uploading or something, go to the DISCUSSION BOX and post your
concern. This is part of the evidence that you can show me.

8. How to sign in or enroll or sign in. Kindly browse the youtube for this. Canvas grouping signing in.

Go to people and check the team and section (for example: Team 106 A) and sign in i think.

9. Your sectioning in canvas is different. Kindly adjust
